How To Request Service / Create a Ticket
The following is basic information on how to contact Vann Data for service related issues. These instructions will allow Vann Data to provide the best possible response to your request and provide you with a response team...not just a single resource or individual:
Non-critical issue—Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Simply email the Vann Data Support Team at email@example.com and provide the information below. This method is used for scheduling service when within the next 1 to 3 days, when a response < 4 hours is not required or when you are having service issues which are not preventing you or others from working.
Critical Issue— Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Monday
Call the Vann Data Customer Service Coordinator at (386) 310-1702 ext 0 and relay the information below. This method is used for systems which are down, ???
After Hours Emergency—Critical service requests outside normal business hours
Call Vann Data at (386) 310-1702 and press 5 for the after hours emergency service and relay the information below. Someone will in contact with you shortly.

Equipment, if hardware related—manufacturer, model #, serial #
